How we build your website

We like to be straight with people about how the work gets done. This page is a calm, honest look behind the scenes — the kind of thing a curious client might want to know before they hand over their project.

A human-led process

Vlad personally runs every project from start to finish. The conversations, the design decisions, the words that describe your business, the final say on what goes live — that is all a person, not a machine. When you call, you get the same person who built your site.

Modern tools, with a human in the loop

To work quickly and keep our prices low, we use modern tools — including AI-assisted tools — as part of the process. That is normal practice for design and development today. What matters is how it is used: every project has human oversight throughout, and a final human quality check before anything is published.

The result is a real, bespoke website built for your business — reviewed and signed off by a person. The tools help us move faster; they do not replace the craft or the judgement.

What this means for your data

We only share what is genuinely needed to do the work — things like your brief, draft copy and design notes. We do not feed your customers' personal information, or anything confidential you have entrusted to us, into AI tools beyond what is necessary to build your site. Where we can, we avoid tools that train public models on your content. [TODO: confirm exact tool settings.]

Quality & accuracy

Every word and every design choice is reviewed by a person before it reaches you or your customers. The tools do not make decisions about you, your business or your customers — that is our job. If something does not read right or look right, we fix it. Getting the details correct matters, especially the facts about your business.

Who owns the result

You do. On full payment, the bespoke website we build for you is yours to keep. Our Terms & Conditions set out the detail, including a plain note about how ownership works for any AI-assisted material (the law in this area is still developing, so we assign such rights as subsist).
